Connecting My Corporate DropBox Account

Please follow the step by step guide on how to connect a Corparate DropBox Account.

Connecting Your Account

  • Login into your Genius™ account
  • Go to the Content Sources section located at the top of the page.
  • Click on the “Add” button on beside the DropBox icon under Add Source.

  • A pop-up window will be displayed displaying the types of files that can ingested by Genius™,Click Continue.

Requesting Approval

  • If you are redirected to a login page, please enter your Dropbox credentials to log in (you will not see this page if you are already logged into Dropbox). If you do not see this page skip to the next step.

 

  • If you are redirected to “Connect this app” page please click on “Continue” (you will not see this page if you are already connected to Genius™ before).If you do not see this page skip to the next step.

  • If you are redirected to “Allow Access” page please click on “Allow” (you will not see this page if you are already connected to Genius™ before).If you do not see this page skip to the next step.

Verifying Success

You have successfully connected your Dropbox account to Genius™. Verify it by going into the “Content Sources” tab and checking the details under “Connected Sources”.
